Positive Teacher Therapy specialises in Hypnotherapy (transforming limiting beliefs), Counselling (talking therapy) and Positive Psychology (The science of positive wellbeing and flourishing).
Our mission is to help teachers to flourish in their professional and personal lives.
Positive Teacher Therapy has been designed by Kelly Seaward-Ding, the co-founder, who has been teaching since 2003. Positive Teacher Therapy has been created as a result of Kelly's own recovery from teacher stress and burn out (read her full recovery story on the 'About' page). Kelly is now a qualified therapist (Hypnotherapist and counsellor) and a Positive Psychologist, where she combines her skills to help teachers recover from their stress and burn out experiences to live flourishing lives. Kelly is very passionate about teaching and helping teachers whose health and well-being has suffered because of work-related stress.
